Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PestZen's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

PestZen provides professional pest control services including but not limited to:

Residential pest control
Commercial pest management
Termite inspection and treatment
Rodent control
Insect extermination services
Emergency pest removal
Preventive pest management

Customer Obligations

As a customer, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your pest problem and property
Prepare your property as instructed by our technicians
Ensure access to affected areas during scheduled service visits
Follow all safety instructions provided by our technicians
Pay all service fees in a timely manner
Inform us of any allergies or health conditions that may affect treatment
Report any recurring pest issues promptly

Service Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments: Service appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day appointments are subject to technician availability.

Cancellations: Customers must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 12 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee.

Late Policy: A 15-minute grace period will be provided. After this time, the appointment may be rescheduled, and a service fee may apply.

Payment Terms

Pricing: All prices are quoted in advance and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments.

Payment Schedule: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Service Warranty

PestZen stands behind our work with the following warranty:

General Services: 30-day warranty on most pest control treatments
Termite Treatments: 1-year warranty with annual renewal options
Warranty Coverage: Free re-treatment if pests return within the warranty period
Warranty Conditions: Valid only if customer follows all preparation and maintenance instructions

Warranty is void if property conditions contribute to re-infestation (e.g., poor sanitation, structural issues).

Limitation of Liability

PestZen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services that gave rise to the claim.

Safety and Property Protection

Customer Responsibilities: Customers must remove pets, cover food items, and follow all safety instructions provided by our technicians.

Property Access: Customers must ensure safe access to treatment areas. PestZen is not responsible for damage to improperly secured items.

Allergies and Health: Customers must disclose any known allergies or health conditions that could be affected by pest control treatments.

Service Modifications

PestZen reserves the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice. We may update service methods, products, or procedures to ensure effectiveness and safety.

Force Majeure

PestZen shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms where such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the service is provided, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
